At House of Kimåne, we believe in offering our customers high-quality, one-of-a-kind products that are handmade with care. As a result, we do not offer refunds on our products. Instead, we offer exchanges in the event that your item doesn't fit, is damaged or defective.

We understand that it can be difficult to shop online without the option to return an item, but we hope that our commitment to quality and sustainability will help you make an informed purchase. By choosing to shop with us, you are supporting a brand that prioritizes environmental responsibility and ethical production practices.

In order to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase, we have provided detailed measurements for each of our products. Please take the time to review these measurements before placing your order to ensure that you are selecting the correct size and style. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 natural days of receiving your order. We will be happy to provide you with an exchange for a similar item of equal value. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.

How to exchange your purchase: If you receive your purchase and find that it doesn't fit or isn't what you expected, you may exchange it for another item of equal or lesser value. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please check the measurements: We understand that sizing can be a concern when shopping online, which is why we have taken the time to add measurements for each of our products. We encourage you to check the measurements before making your purchase to ensure that the item will fit you as desired.

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return and request an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sofia@houseofkimane.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: House of Kimåne, Carrer de la missió 26, 07003 Palma, Spain.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
